When you visit Narrogin Dental Group, chances are you’ll already know some of our staff. As a tight-knit rural community, many of our team members have been here for several years. Most of them grew up with families in the area. Our previous owner for 30 + years, Dr John Morgan, works alongside with our principal dentist, Dr Vivek Alagati and his wife Dr Suzy Koppolu and Dr Anabel Chan. We also have televisions in each of the treatment rooms. Your little one can watch their favourite show during their appointments as well.

Your Initial Consultation

Our priority at every new patient appointment is to address your primary concern. Are you here because of a toothache? Need to have a tooth pulled? We will answer any questions and treat your chief concerns first. From there, we can discuss if other issues need to be addressed at a separate visit. Do you need an emergency exam and X-ray or a routine clean? We will adjust our schedule to facilitate your immediate concerns. Please plan to reserve approximately one hour of your time for this first appointment.

New Patient Records

If you have current X-rays or existing records from a previous dental provider, be sure to let us know. We will provide you with a release form to have your information sent to our office.

Comfort Options

Going to the dentist can make almost anyone feel anxious. Our staff is very experienced in creating a calm, relaxing environment. The more confident you feel in our care, the easier it is to be comfortable. We also offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) for people with moderate anxiety. In instances of severe anxiety or you need oral surgery, general anaesthesia is available at the nearby hospital.

Payment Information

For our patients with dental insurance, please bring a copy of your healthcare card with you. We can process claims straightaway via HICAPS, when applicable. Flexible payment options are available through National Dental Plan and My Smile Plan. Both choices offer 0% and low-interest financing on any oral health service.
